Pete the Pedlar leads the way back in time...

An expert history man dressed in period costume will visit your school, interact with the students, explain the items, and answer questions.

Our speciality is the Middle Ages, but we can also make presentations featuring Celtic, Roman, Saxon, Viking, Norman, Tudor and Stuart periods.  Archery can be incorporated as part of a session or as a stand alone activity, depending on the availability of a suitable space.
As part of the experience, each pupil can strike their own period coin using authentic equipment.

Our aim is to help bring history alive for children and perhaps make them think about the past from a different viewpoint.

The sessions are designed around the National Curriculum  and are suitable for Key Stages 1 to 5 inclusive.  We will attend primary, junior, secondary and special needs schools.

Most areas in the UK are covered.

If required, many items can be purchased  by the school at advantageous terms.

We carry Public Liability Insurance and are CRB checked, and archery sessions are taught by a qualified instructor.
