ReachOut Educate - Who Are We?

ReachOut Educate is a division of the ReachOut Arts group, a successful creative events and education company based in Shropshire in the West Midlands. Our Educate section offers a variety of workshops, including:

  • Medieval Days - Living History Workshops

  • Anti-Bullying Workshops

  • Storytelling and Story Creating Workshops

Fees

  • Mini Workshops: Starting at £150 plus VAT

  • Half-Day Workshops: Basic rate from £325 + VAT (e.g., 9:30am-12:30pm)

  • Full-Day Workshops: Basic rate from £560 + VAT (e.g., 9:30am-3:00pm with a lunch break)

 

These prices include travel within 25 miles of WV15 5BA. For locations outside this radius, additional travel expenses (including congestion and parking charges) and accommodation costs may apply.

Upon receiving your enquiry, we will check our availability against your chosen dates and provide a final quote tailored to your needs. For local settings, we may offer shorter assembly-based sessions. Please enquire for the cost of these.

 

How Far Do We Travel?

While we are based in the West Midlands/Shropshire, our team is available to travel across the UK. The cost of travel, and in some cases accommodation, will be included in your workshop quote.

 

What Do Schools Need to Provide?

  • Agreement: We will send out our terms and conditions (Ts and Cs) for you to agree to. Your workshop date will be confirmed upon acceptance of our Ts and Cs.

  • Payment: An invoice will be sent, with payment due 7 days prior to our visit via bank transfer.

  • Space: We are self-contained and bring all necessary equipment for our workshops and performances. However, a nice open space, such as a school hall or a classroom with tables moved to the edges, is generally required.

 

Curriculum Coverage

We deliver our sessions using a variety of methods, allowing us to meet several curriculum aims and learning objectives. For detailed information on specific workshops and how they align with curriculum areas, please get in touch.

 

How to Book

To book a workshop with ReachOut Educate, follow these steps:

  • Initial Enquiry:

    • Use the contact form on our website.

    • Alternatively, send an email to educate@reachoutarts.co.uk with the following details:

      • Your workshop request

      • Two possible date options

      • The age group of your students

      • Approximate number of participants

      • Your location

  • Next Steps:

    • Once we receive your information, we will begin the booking process and confirm availability.

    • We will discuss any specific requirements and provide you with a quote that includes travel and accommodation costs if applicable.
